The associate will engage in IP licensing and technology transactions, providing IP support in M&A, venture financings, and other corporate transactions. This role offers the opportunity to draft and negotiate various agreements, including technology and IP licenses, customer agreements, and strategic alliances.

Duties

• Work on IP licensing and technology transactions.

Requirements
