• Represent clients in probate and surrogate's court proceedings for estate matters.
• Develop tailored legal strategies aligned with clients' personal, financial, and family objectives.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and other parties throughout each matter.
• Conduct legal research, draft correspondence and pleadings, and manage case documentation.

Requirements

• Admission to the NYS Bar with an active license in good standing.
• At least two years of experience in trusts and estates, estate administration, and probate.
• Ability to draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Knowledge of trust and estate administration procedures and probate court processes.
• Strong client counseling skills with clear and professional communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities.
• Experience handling sensitive family and financial matters with discretion.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
