Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Tax Credit Senior Counsel in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tax credit finance and development, particularly with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits. Duties

• Advise clients on tax credit finance and development matters.
• Collaborate with teams on real estate finance projects.
• Provide strategic counsel on New Markets Tax Credits.
• Engage in business development and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of tax credit experience.
• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one.
• Experience with real estate finance and New Markets Tax Credits.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
