Duties

• Prepare motions, take depositions, attend hearings, and try lawsuits to resolve legal disputes.


• Provide legal analysis to support clients and assist senior attorneys with complex matters.


• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional reporting.


• Handle daily court proceedings, motions practice, filings, and ongoing casework.


 

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in civil litigation, with at least 5 years of trial experience required.


• Ability to handle daily court proceedings, motions practice, filings, and ongoing casework.


• A desire to learn and take on an ever-increasing amount of responsibility in the litigation practice.


• Self-starter with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to try cases.


 

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
