Duties

• Represent financial services companies in litigation matters involving loan servicing and credit reporting disputes.



• Manage multiple matters with competing deadlines, engaging directly with clients and opposing counsel.



• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle discovery processes with a high degree of independence.



• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and ensure effective client communication.

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience, including courtroom and discovery exposure.



• Admission to practice and good standing in the state where the candidate will be based.



• California bar admission is preferred but not required.



• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a supportive team structure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
