• Collaborate with adjusters and stakeholders to develop effective litigation strategies and resolve disputes efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance subrogation litigation.
• Proven track record of handling Workers' Compensation or Property Damage claims is highly preferred.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California.
