Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Healthcare Regulatory Associate in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters, with a focus on advising institutional healthcare providers.

Duties

• Advise on federal and state regulatory matters related to corporate and transactional work.
• Conduct corporate and regulatory due diligence.
• Structure transactions to comply with healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Draft and review transactional documents.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
• Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience with Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions preferred.
• Familiarity with OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
