Duties

• Handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, refinancing, and disposition.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related documents.
• Manage multiple matters and clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high organizational standards.
• Engage in business development activities to support firm growth and client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience with a strong focus on real estate law.
• Proven expertise in handling complex real estate transactions and document negotiation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated collaborative approach, strong work ethic, and client-service mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar license in good standing in Texas.
