Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Fund Finance practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have experience representing financial sponsors and/or lenders in subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, and management company financings.

Duties

• Represent financial sponsors and lenders in complex financing transactions.
• Draft and negotiate documentation for subscription credit facilities and NAV facilities.
• Collaborate with a team to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
• Advise clients on fund finance matters and related legal issues.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in fund finance.
• Experience at a law firm or in-house at a sponsor or bank.
• Admitted to the New York Bar.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York Bar admission.
