Duties

- Coordinate with lenders, investors, and government agencies to facilitate transactions.
- Advise on HUD programs and state housing finance agency requirements.
- Handle preservation, resyndications, and rehabilitation projects.
Requirements
- Six or more years of experience in affordable housing.
- Proficiency in LIHTC and tax-exempt bond financings.
- Experience with multi-party, multi-deadline transactions.
- JD and active bar membership in good standing.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Active bar membership.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
