A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with two to four years of experience to join their Labor & Employment group in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. The role involves supporting litigation, class action defense, restrictive covenant/trade secret litigation, and advisory practices.

Duties

• Support litigation and class action defense efforts.
• Engage in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation.
• Provide advisory services within the labor and employment sector.
• Participate in direct client interactions and consultations.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Minnesota or eligible for admission by practice.
• 2-4 years of labor and employment advisory and/or litigation experience.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with class action or complex litigation is a plus.
• Admission to practice in California or interest in seeking such admission is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
