Duties

• Negotiate and draft lease agreements and related legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful transaction outcomes.
• Provide advice and representation for regulatory, land use, and municipal hearings.
• Review title and negotiate SNDA and other lender approval instruments.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Experience preparing contracts, leases, and purchase and sale agreements.
• Experience conducting due diligence for real estate mergers and acquisitions.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
