Duties

• Represent clients before USCIS, ICE, CBP, EOIR, BIA, and federal courts.
• Manage a high volume of immigration cases.
• Focus on family petitions, consular processing, and removal defense.
• Handle criminal immigration issues and juvenile cases.
• Work on VAWA, U, and T visas.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in the United States and in good standing.
• 1-5 years of immigration law experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent writing, legal analysis, and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a heavy caseload.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Computer literacy.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the United States.

Skills

• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Strong legal analysis and writing skills.
