This role involves working with international, federal, and state privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and others.

Duties

• Prepare and review privacy policies and data protection agreements.
• Draft privacy and security provisions of contracts.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and transactional due diligence.
• Engage in incident response and regulatory investigations.
• Collaborate on adtech, privacy litigation, and AI regulation projects.

Requirements

• Experience with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws.
• Strong academic credentials and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction preferred.
