Duties

• Issue and respond to litigation hold notices.
• Maintain detailed case files and communication logs.
• Collaborate with litigation attorneys for case transitions.
• Advise clients on legal rights and potential outcomes.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in civil litigation or related areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
