Duties

• Advise, counsel, and train employees on immigration laws and regulations.
• Represent employers before administrative agencies in employment-based immigration matters.
• File Nonimmigrant Visas and Permanent Residence Applications.

Requirements

• 3-6 years' experience in employment-based immigration.
• Experience with non-immigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, L-1, E-1/2/3, and TN filings.
• Experience with immigrant visa filings, including PERM, EB-1, and AOS.
• Experience with high volume practice preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of CA.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
