• Duties
• Advise on federal and state regulatory matters.
• Handle Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions and related filings.
• Conduct corporate and regulatory due diligence.
• Structure transactions to comply with healthcare regulations.
• Draft and review transactional documents.

• Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Familiarity with OIG and CMS self-disclosure protocols preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
