A law firm seeks an Executive Compensation and Benefits Associate for its Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience advising on equity plans, executive employment agreements, and compensation and benefits matters in M&A, IPO, and other transactions.

Duties

• Advise on equity plans and executive employment agreements.
• Support Corporate and Tax groups on complex transactions.
• Collaborate with partners across offices on cross-border matters.
• Gain early ownership of workstreams and exposure to high-value matters.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a large law firm.
• Strong academic background.
• Interest in a collaborative, national practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Texas or eligibility to waive in.
