The ideal candidate will have advanced legal experience in complex commercial and class action litigation, with a focus on corporate governance, shareholder suits, deal-related litigation, breach of contract, fraud, and business torts.

Duties

• Manage complex litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Oversee discovery processes.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation and arbitration.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk assessment.
• Utilize AI tools effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and train junior associates.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong work ethic and outstanding writing proficiency.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using AI technologies responsibly and ethically.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
