Duties

• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members on complex litigation cases.
• Participate in court proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts.
• Experience in insurance coverage litigation preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
