Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT-focused licensing and commercial agreements.

• Experience advising on technology aspects of M&A and financing transactions.
• Familiarity with software licensing, SaaS, and data-driven business models.
• Experience in industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or fintech.

Education

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
