Duties

• Handle real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
• Provide legal advice on real estate financing, including debt and equity structuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for real estate transactions.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of substantive experience in real estate transactional matters.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of Georgia, or eligible to waive in.
• Excellent academic credentials and superior writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Georgia.
