• Counsel on ESOP transactions and ongoing administration.
• Advise on Code Section 409A compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of law firm experience in employee benefits and executive compensation.
• Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills
