A law firm seeks a Corporate Trust Attorney to join their team in Boston, MA. This role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work arrangements. The attorney will engage in substantive corporate trust matters, supporting partners in capital markets transactions and contributing to the practice group's business development initiatives.

Duties

• Support partners in representing clients in capital markets transactions.
• Facilitate effective working relationships with partners and attorneys.
• Contribute to the Corporate Trust Practice Group's goals and initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of experience as a practicing attorney in finance, securities, and/or capital markets.
• Active bar admission in the state of office location or ability to gain admission within one year.
• Travel to Hartford, CT for orientation and occasional meetings or events.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school or LL.M. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar admission or eligibility for admission within one year.

Skills

• Strong understanding of corporate trust and capital markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
