Duties

• Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including lender representation.
• Prepare, review, and analyze real estate documents, advising clients throughout the process.
• Communicate regularly with clients, realtors, lenders, and other transaction parties.
• Review abstracts of title, title commitments, and title reports.
• Attend closings and guide clients through closing documentation.

Requirements

• Admitted to the NYS Bar Association.
• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
