A law firm seeks a junior- to mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Business Litigation Practice Group in Hackensack, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in commercial and complex civil litigation within New Jersey state and federal courts.

Duties

• Handle commercial and complex civil litigation matters.
• Conduct depositions and court appearances.
• Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice.
• Collaborate with attorneys across various offices and practice areas.
• Represent clients in diverse industries, including technology, construction, and healthcare.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of litigation experience in New Jersey courts.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar; New York Bar admission preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience desired.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar.
