Duties

• Manage case files through all phases of litigation, from initial filing to resolution.



• Draft and file complaints, motions, and other legal pleadings with precision.



• Propound and respond to discovery requests while taking and defending depositions.



• Prepare for and attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.



• Develop case strategies and assist in comprehensive trial preparation.



• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.



• Provide legal guidance and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process.

Requirements

• Admission to the California Bar and in good standing.



• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury litigation experience.



• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.



• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



• Strong case management and multitasking capabilities.



• Commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California.
