- Navigate fraud and abuse laws, including Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark law.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state health privacy laws.
- Manage federal and state laws on health data exchange and interoperability.
- Advise on state healthcare transaction notification laws and AI use in healthcare.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare law.
- Strong interest in technology use in healthcare, including AI and telehealth.
- Experience in several specified regulatory areas.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Superior organizational and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good judgment.
- Client service-oriented.
- Willingness to travel periodically.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
