A law firm seeks a Trial Attorney in Atlanta, GA, to manage complex litigation and personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will combine strong courtroom advocacy with compassionate client representation, ensuring favorable outcomes through effective negotiation and trial preparation.

Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrating empathy and building trust while keeping them informed of progress.



• Communicate regularly with insurance companies regarding claim status, demands, and settlement offers.



• Prepare cases for trial and serve as first chair during jury trials when necessary.



• Evaluate claims thoroughly and utilize superb negotiation skills to achieve optimal results for clients.

Requirements

• Full-time Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.



• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience.



• Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing.



• Experience in evaluating claims and managing complex litigation files.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Georgia Bar in good standing.

Skills

• 5 or more jury trials as first chair preferred.



• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.



• Superb verbal and written communication abilities.



• Proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently.
