Duties

• Lead high-impact family law cases from contract to final decree.
• Drive contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
• Represent clients in Montgomery County and surrounding courts.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials.
• Provide compassionate, results-driven counsel to clients.

Requirements

• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years; bilingual is a plus.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage a high-impact docket.
• Experience in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.
• Highly organized with strong advocacy skills.
