Duties

• Manage probate litigation, estate/trust administration, and other contested matters.
• Draft pleadings, petitions, and motions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff while managing independent matters.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of relevant experience in probate, trusts, estates, or litigation.
• Strong communication skills for client and third-party interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and files.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan.

Skills

• Proficiency in wills, trusts, and estate law.
