Duties
- Prepare and file Form 706 Estate Tax and 709 Gift Tax returns.
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents.
- Engage in business succession planning for high-net-worth clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.
- Strong drafting skills in relevant legal documents.
- Experience with high-net-worth client planning preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- CPA and/or LLM strongly preferred.
