The ideal candidate will handle complex business litigation in federal and state courts, managing case files independently while maintaining direct contact with partners and clients.

Duties

• Manage discovery, brief writing, depositions, pre-trial preparation, and trial proceedings.



• Draft ready-to-file documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.



• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client needs.

Requirements

• Admitted to the bar in New York or actively in the process of admission.



• Proven ability to independently manage case files and tasks with minimal supervision.



• Strong research, analysis, and writing skills demonstrated through prior practice.

Education

• Law degree from an accredited institution with an impressive level of academic achievement.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in New York or pending admission status.

Skills

• Experience with complex business litigation in both federal and state court.



• Background in science or engineering, or interest in IP/patent litigation, is especially encouraged.



• Experience practicing at a peer firm or serving as a judicial clerk is preferred.
