A law firm seeks an experienced Social Security Disability Attorney in Little Rock, AR, to join a high-performing team dedicated to advocating for clients facing benefit denials. The role involves managing a robust caseload and driving successful outcomes in a collaborative, office-based environment.

Duties

• Represent clients through all stages of Social Security Disability claims, from initial filing to final resolution.



• Prepare clients for hearings and advocate effectively before Administrative Law Judges.



• Develop legal strategies, gather evidence, and build compelling cases to secure benefits.



• Manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service and communication.



• Collaborate with case managers and support staff to efficiently move cases forward.

Requirements

• Hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and possess an active license in good standing with at least one US state bar.



• Demonstrate prior experience handling Social Security Disability hearings and managing a high-volume caseload.



• Exhibit outstanding communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills.



• Show strong writing, organizational, and case management abilities.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Existing Social Security Representative ID (preferred).
