Duties

• Serve as lead counsel in litigation involving malpractice, ethics proceedings, and regulatory compliance.
• Advise clients on risk management, ethics, licensing, and internal governance.
• Manage a litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate across practice groups to offer comprehensive legal solutions.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to business development.
• Represent the firm through thought leadership and professional networks.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in the State of California.
• 10+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on legal and/or accounting professionals.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-party litigation.
• National-level experience and familiarity with class action and multistate matters preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in California.
