Duties

• Advise clients on federal and state environmental laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and consultants on environmental matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of environmental law experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong background in environmental regulatory compliance, permitting, and remediation.
• Experience with environmental litigation and administrative proceedings is desirable.
• Experience with soil and groundwater contamination and remediation projects is a plus.
• Prior law firm experience is required.

Education

• Educational background in environmental engineering, geology, or environmental science preferred.

Certifications
