Requirements

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in technology transactions and licensing.
• Proven ability to handle complex commercial agreements and strategic transactions independently.
• Strong track record of client management and delivering high-quality legal work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Colorado or eligibility for admission.
