Duties

• Handle wage/hour compliance and defense, and agreements related to non-compete, confidentiality, and non-solicitation.
• Engage in traditional labor and OSHA-related matters.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of employment litigation experience.
• Experience with FMLA and ADA matters.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Kentucky licensure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Kentucky.
