Duties

• Work on cases involving the False Claims Act, Stark Law, and hospital issues.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in health care litigation or medical malpractice defense.
• Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a law firm or similar environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California bar admission.

Skills

• Ability to independently manage litigation tasks.
• Proficiency in federal and state court procedures.
• Experience with licensing inquiries and payor reimbursement.
