Duties

• Oversee paralegal title and survey review.
• Represent lenders, investors, and syndicators in real estate financings qualifying for tax credits.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in the state corresponding to the office location.
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar license.
