Duties

• Represent clients in cases involving dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, and workplace injuries.
• Develop and implement strategies to nurture productive relationships with the support team and align with firm goals.
• Manage an efficient caseload by providing exemplary customer service and driving business forward through strategic insights.
• Advocate for clients by discovering their stories, protecting them from insurance companies, and guiding them through the legal process.

Requirements

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
• Be certified to practice law in the State of Texas.
• Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in premises liability, workplace injury, or related legal fields.
• Exhibit proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active State bar certification in Texas.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to maintain an elevated level of aggression on behalf of clients.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
