Duties

• Conduct title reviews and draft purchase and sale agreements.
• Negotiate loan documents, leases, and related transactional documents.
• Manage a variety of financial transactions for diverse property types.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
• Experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing is a plus.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar
