Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with financings and M&A in power and energy transition transactions.
- Substantive experience with energy tax credit transactions.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the state of Illinois or eligibility to waive in.
Skills
- Strong negotiation and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with partnership tax rules.
- Ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents.
