Duties

• Defend clients against Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims and other employment-related litigation.



• Develop and execute strategic defense plans for high-stakes employment disputes.



• Advise corporate clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of dedicated experience in Employment Law.



• Proven track record of defending against PAGA claims within the past year.



• Strong litigation skills with the ability to manage complex caseloads.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California.

• Expertise in California labor codes and PAGA regulations.
