Duties

• Advise on privacy and product compliance and counseling.
• Draft and negotiate contracts related to tech and data transactions.
• Manage data incident response and provide data breach counseling.
• Develop internal data protection programs and conduct privacy assessments.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship growth.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Experience with digital advertising technology and AI-related legal matters.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.

Skills

• Ability to work independently on complex privacy projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects across jurisdictions.
