Duties

• Lead preservation planning and discovery strategy.
• Ensure review management aligns with case objectives.
• Analyze productions and support discovery disputes.
• Proactively support depositions, trials, and mediations.
• Prepare comprehensive client-value case summaries.

Requirements

• Minimum six years of relevant experience.
• Licensed and in good standing in the practicing state.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Expertise with Relativity.
• Experience with AI-assisted review and analytics preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing.

Skills
