This role involves advising on complex employment matters related to corporate transactions, executive mobility, and workforce decisions impacting enterprise value and leadership continuity.

Duties

• Counsel clients on workplace policies, compliance, and HR matters.
• Advise on restrictive covenants and wage misclassification issues.
• Lead employment-related due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Manage complex employment matters and transactional workstreams.
• Partner with senior executives on sensitive personnel issues.
• Mentor junior associates through guidance and feedback.

Requirements

• At least seven years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience in labor and employment counseling and transactional matters.
• Experience with government agency audits or investigations.
• Background in injunction or restrictive covenant litigation valued.
• Experience advising on employment issues in mergers and acquisitions preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior attorneys.
• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
