Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate and commercial agreements.



• Handle deal structuring, negotiate term sheets, and perform comprehensive due diligence.



• Manage entity organization, corporate structuring, and corporate governance matters.



• Provide direct support to the transactional department on complex matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant transactional experience.



• Proven track record of delivering superior results in a fast-paced environment.



• Ability to independently manage and review projects with minimal partner oversight.



• Strong business judgment and strategic thinking capabilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in New York.
