Tax Senior Manager
The candidate will be responsible to oversee, manage, and complete tax projects; provide innovative state and local jurisdictional tax planning, consulting, compliance, and tax controversy audit support. Work closely with the Commercial and Private Client services to review multi-state returns and identify client issues. Will be involved in the process of marketing, designing, and implementing tax-planning strategies for clients and manage to budget. Maintain active communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, meet deadlines, and lead change effectively. Senior Managers conduct primary and secondary review of complex tax returns. Lead their teams in knowledge of software, processes, and workflows. Participate in the professional development of Associates, Senior Associates and Managers, which involves supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating performance.
