VP, Business Intelligence
The candidate will oversee a team of ~8 FTEs representing a diverse set of data specialists (sales pipeline, billing, sales crediting, digital subscriptions) and be responsible for ensuring they align their collective output. Will provide insights in a consumer friendly way and establish a data culture across NA Courseware / Global product that is about self-service analytics, measuring what matters and acting upon facts. Monitor digital subscription trends, sales pipeline and other leading indicators for business performance. Translate business questions into verifiable hypotheses, create experiments and/or analysis to test them, and generate recommendations based on the findings. Simplify, clarify and visualize data to inspire critical actions and decisions by senior executives. Build self-service models and reports on Tableau (or embedded in OneCRM) that allow others to directly interact, utilize and better understand the underlying data, relationships and insights.
